Exercise and Sport Sciences Department Senior Recognition Banquet

The Exercise and Sport Sciences Department Senior Recognition Banquet is held to honor our graduating seniors and their success throughout their educational career while at Manchester University.

Program Directors from the four majors within the department select an outstanding student from their program. The resumes of these four students are then presented to the faculty for the selection of the Dr. Lana Groombridge Exercise and Sport Sciences Department Major of the Year. Dr. Groombridge was an ESS Faculty member from 1977-2008 and served as Chair of the Department from 1998-2008. The successful candidate will display the quality of work Lana always set out to accomplish as well as demonstrate dedication to his/her respective profession. The recipient of this honor receives a membership to the professional association of his/her choice.
