The Music Computer lab has 5 workstations equipped with audio and MIDI hardware and software. The lab offers MC students access to digital audio recording, editing, and mastering. All MC music majors learn music technology basics in the Computer Applications in Music Course and interested students can continue in the more advanced Recording Techniques course. The Music Computer Lab is open to all MC students and the music department also employs a student assistant who keeps regular hours providing support for student recording and composition projects.
