- One course selected from:
- BIOL 240 - Taxonomy of Vascular Plants
- BIOL 242 - Plant Diversity
- BIOL 324 - Plant Physiology
- One course selected from:
- BIOL 363 - Comparative Vertebrate Anatomy
- BIOL 420 - Vertebrate Physiology
- One course selected from:
- BIOL 311 - Principles of Ecology
- BIOL 412 - Freshwater Biology
- One year chemistry with lab selected from:
- CHEM 103 (Intro. to Inorganic Chem.) and CHEM 104 (Intro. to Organic Chem)
- CHEM 111 (Fund. of Chemistry I) and CHEM 211 (Fund. of Chemistry II)
- Research or Internship selected from:
- BIOL 495 (Senior Research I) and BIOL 496 (Senior Research II)
- BIOL 475 Senior Internship in Biology
- Four hours of electives in Biology
- All Biology majors must complete a Senior Comprehensive Experience requirement prior to graduation.
