Clinical Rotations
Master of Athletic Training students gain a variety of clinical experience while at Manchester. A student’s entry level year includes clinical work on campus with Manchester’s varsity intercollegiate athletic teams.
In each semester, students complete a clinical module which affords the opportunity to practice and refine clinical skills under the supervision of an Approved Clinical Instructor. During the second summer, students also complete a general medical module during which they receive instruction from a variety of health care professionals. Off-campus clinical experiential sites include:
- Huntington University
- Saint Francis University
- Manchester High School
- Whitko High School
- Huntington North High School
- Center for Sports and Physical Therapy (General Medical Only)
- Walnut Street Familty Healthcare (General Medical Only)
**The Manchester University Master of Athletic Training program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE).
