Brian Cashdollar returns for his 11th year as the head coach for cross country and his tenth year as the head coach for track and field. He has played an instrumental part in the rebuilding of both the cross country and track and field programs, bringing both in contention for a conference title each year.
A four-year letter winner and two-time captain for the track and field team at Ball State University, Cashdollar graduated with a degree in sports administration in 1999 from BSU before joining the Spartans coaching staff in 1999. He went on to receive his master's degree in school administration from IPFW in 2002.
Most noted for his energetic and enthusiastic practices, Cashdollar looks to stress the importance of hard work and strives teammates to encourage one another to help reach their fullest potential. By setting goals and maintaining positive attitudes, both the cross country and track and field teams excel athletically and academically.
He and his wife, Kim, reside in North Manchester with their daughters, Kambree and Ayla. |

Name:Brad Yoder
Position: Assistant Cross Country Coach / Assistant Track and Field Coach

Coach Yoder has had the opportunity to work with 44 National Qualifiers, 18 All-Americans and 34 Academic All-Americans in his 19 years of coaching both cross-country and track and field at Manchester College. Yoder's fourth place finish in 1991 and seventh place finish in 1997 at the U. S. National Marathon Championships, and countless age-group wins at many road races have established him as an accomplished masters distance runner. Coach Yoder brings his experience from Manchester's Sociology and Social Work Department to the cross-country and track programs. Through the help of his experience and guidance, the distance programs have gained conference, state, and national recognition. Yoder is a graduate of Goshen College, and received his Master of Social Work from Indiana University, and his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. |

Name: Jennifer Haynes

Jennifer Haynes will serve as an assistant track and field and cross country coach for Coach Brian Cashdollar this season. Haynes joins the coaching staff with extensive background in collegiate coaching and running fitness education. Haynes graduated from Ohio Northern University in 2004 with a bachelor of art degree, with concentrations on exercise physiology, psychology and sociology. From there she did a sports management internship with Tiffin University followed by a graduate coaching position with Heidelberg for cross country and track and field and obtained her master's in education. She was the assistant cross country, track and field, as well as assistant basketball coach for one year at Wittenberg University and was a teaching assistant at Bowling Green State University before coming to Manchester.

Name: Geoff Lambert

Geoff Lambert is a 2008 graduate of Wabash College, where he obtained a degree in history with minors in education and psychology. As a Little Giant, Lambert was a four-year letter winner in both cross country and track and field. He was a 13-time North Coast Athletic Conference champion and established three NCAC records in his career. He was a six-time NCAA National Championships qualifier and earned All-American honors twice, highlighted by a runner-up finish in the indoor 800 meter run in 2007. He was named Wabash College's Athlete of the Year in 2007. A native of Chesterton, Indiana, Lambert will work with the men's distance runners with track and field. |
