February 23, 2010: The Middle Eel River Watershed Initiative will hold a
public meeting on the Manchester University Campus in the Science Center's Flory
Auditorium from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. For more information, please view the

October 2010: The University participated in the eighth Campus Sustainability Day along with hundreds of other college and university campuses. The day featured a number of displays and demonstrations.
September 2010: The University participated in the Eel River Clean-up Day on Saturday, September 18th.

May 2010: AASHE Membership
Manchester University, via the Green Campus Initiative Task Force, has become a member of the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE). The University joins over a thousand other
schools pooling resources and ideas to promote conservation and sustainability. Membership affords all faculty, staff and students access to the myriad member-only resources of the AASHE website at
http://www.aashe.org.
