Visit MU; we're among Indiana's
prides, proclaims Gov. Daniels
Manchester University is proud to participate in Indiana Private College Week, July 23-27. In proclaiming the special week, Gov. Mitch Daniels notes that Indiana’s 31 independent colleges and universities enroll 20 percent of the state’s college students and produce 35 percent of its bachelor’s degrees.
Gov. Daniels proclaims that Indiana’s independent colleges graduate the majority of their students within four years, saving students and their families time and money and giving them a head start on their careers.
Manchester also is home to Fast Forward, a three-year degree program that has garnered national attention, and the Triple Guarantee of degree affordability.
In his proclamation, the governor declares that Manchester and all of Indiana’s independent colleges and universities “serve and enrich the lives of Hoosiers in every area of the state,” providing:
• high-quality education
• cultural life and the arts
• a collective economic impact of $4 billion per year
• major contributions through civic leadership and community service
High School students and their parents are invited to Manchester’s campus for tours and informational sessions. To schedule a visit, visit the University’s website at www.manchester.edu, or connect at 800-852-3648 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
