Certificate of Proficiency from 1907, given to Lulu Waggoner. D. Approval letters from the State of Indiana Department of Education 1947 - 1969. E. Teachers Education Program Report to the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. NCATE Accreditation Reports. 1975, 1963, 1982, 1972. Another Report to the NCATE, October, 1972, with E. Fahs written on the cover, was found in the Archives during 2007 and was added to this box. F. TEP Model History. G.
