Biographical/Historical Note: Patricia Kennedy Helman  was the wife of A. Blair Helman, former President of Manchester College.  She was an ordained  minister in the Church of the Brethren, a writer, poet, playwright, and popular speaker.  Patricia was the founder of "Art for Hunger" and "The Joyful Scribes," a religious greeting card company. 
Scope and Content Note: Remembrance by Joan George Deeter, Chaplain, Timbercrest Senior Living Community, given at Patricia's funeral.
