This play depicts "The Plain people" of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. It was written by Patterson Greene and performed at the Harris Theatre, 170 . Dearborn, Chicago, Illinois in 1941. The Stagebill contains an explanation of the characters and the setting. The play was also performed in New York City during 1942. |
