Biographical/Historical Note:

Manchester College's original Alumni Fountain was dedicated on 2 August 1912.  It was located in between Bumgardner Hall and the Chapel Building, on the College Avenue side.  The fountain was removed when the two buildings were connected to form the Administration Building (1921).

BW photograph mounted on heavy paperboard.  Pictures large crowd of men, women, and children surrounding original Alumni Fountain.  Bumgardner Hall is shown in the background.
