Biographical/Historical Note:

The Administration Building was originally two separate buildings:  Bumgardner Hall, on the east end, was built in 1889, and the Bible School Building/Chapel Building, on the west end, was built in 1896.  In 1920, the two buildings were joined by a large middle section, and on January 7, 1921, the Manchester College community dedicated the Administration Building.
