Biographical/Historical Note:
The following policy statement appeared in the first issue of The Libertarian:
THE LIBERTARIAN is a periodical publication of creative and thought-provoking articles. it is not a report of news, except as news may relate to the pressing issues of our time, to which THE LIBERTARIAN directs itself.
Each article in this first issue is an editorial. We encourage you who disagree with us to write your own views. All your letters will be published as space permits. We cannot, however, print libel or slander, and we will not print obscene language.
THE LIBERTARIAN does not represent the official viewpoint of any institution. The editors are solely responsible for its content.
THE LIBERTARIAN as of yet has no definite publication schedule. Issues will be printed as material comes in
We will print, along with letters to the editors, any poetry, short stories, or other creative works.
If you disagree with the views we express, don't keep your curses to yourself. Just send your views to one of the editors, and your letter will be printed. We look forward to good arguments.
Our purpose, simply, is to free our minds.
Publication has since ceased, date unknown.
