Provenance: Unknown. In Archives since 2006. This issue of the military Law Reporter was found by the Archivist, Jeanine Wine, in a sealed envelope from the Public Law Education Institute, Sixth Floor, Dupont Circle Building, 1346 Connecticut Avenue, N. W., Washington, D.C. 20036. It was sent to the Indiana Council of Churches, Attn: James Leachman. Apparently, Jim had moved and the packet was forwarded to Jim Leachman 716 E. 53rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46220.
