Bio History Note
Bertha Miller Neher Stine was a Church of the Brethren teacher, minister and author. She was the sister to Ida Miller, the wife of Manchester College President, Otho Winger. See also,The Brethren Encyclopedia: Bertha Miller Neher Stine.
It appears as if Bertha went on a tour to France, Belgium, Holland, England, Italy and to the Holy Lands in 1927.
