Bio History Note
J. G. Royer, superintendent of schools at Monticello, Indiana, was induced to come to Mt. Morris and put his life and money into the school. In 1884 President Royer started a career of twenty years of "successful work" (O. Winger).
Date of Accession: An accession number was given in 2004 but an accession page was not created until 6 September 2007.
