In 1998 a threatening e-mail message was sent to nearly every minority and international student at the College. It was sent of-campus through an e-mail forwarding service in California in order to make it anonymous. These materials record the events and circumstances surrounding that time. The College President pledged that the College would do whatever it could to address the challenges it was facing and to insure that the College is a place where "EVERY student, faculty, staff, and family member can feel comfortable and supported, and at home in a College and town where each person matters."
Three memos, newspaper articles and copies of the Oak Leaves.
