Sidney, IN, P.T.A. "A Womanless Wedding" fundraiser.  In this photograph men play the part of women and are dressed accordingly.

Bio History NoteIt appears that the Sidney, IN P.T.A. put on a fundraiser in which men dressed up as women for a comical re-enactment of a wedding.  A photograph is included along with a program with the cast of characters and local businesses supporting the event.  The photo is under a banner "32-33" so this is probably the school year, 1932-1933.
