"Manchester College: This Certifies that Arthur Showalter has successfully completed the Liberal Arts Course of Study as prescribed by this Institution and because of intellectual attainments and good moral character, by vote of the Faculty and Trustees of the College, is awarded the degree of Bachelor of Arts.
