Bio History Note
A note on the verso of one photograph indicates that this picture is in the 1991 - 1992 Aurora, and that it is a a photograph of the last Ikenberry serenade performed before the residence was torn down. This is a bit questionable because a different photo records the Ikenberry serenade in the 1991-1992 Aurora. The photo in this collection that is actually in the 1991-1992 Aurora, pg. 41, is marked with MC2004/131-12 on the verso. One student can be found in this picture as well as in the 1991 photo, but he is wearing a different outfit.
If this student appeared in 2 photos, then the photo not found in the 1991-1992 Aurora might match Ikenberry serenade pictures from a previous year. Alas, the mystery photo does not match Ikenberry serenade snapshote in the 1989, 1990 and 1991 Auroras...and so, maybe there was indeed a special last performance of the Ikenberry Serenade, a picture that was not put into any yearbook?
Ikenberry was demolished in1992 and was replaced by Helman Hall. Following this demolition, the tradition of serenading was discontinued.

Jeanine Wine pulled what serenading photographs she could find out of Photograph Box 106 to combine them into one file. This seemed reasonable to do even though this meant combining some "collections." Otherwise, one had to sort through the entire stack of photos in Box #106 to find images of this event.
