These reports contain information such as; (a) the evaluation of the inquiry program, total number of freshmen inquiries, total number of transfer inquiries (b) the evaluation of the pre-application program, with the total number of applications, total number of freshmen applications, number of students attending special programs such as English Department Day (c) evaluation of the post-application program with the total number of freshmen acceptances, the total number of transfers accepted and rejected (d) a geographical analysis of inquiries (e) admissions counselor activity analysis including the total number of phone calls completed, the total number of college nights, total number of church visits, etc. etc, (f) quantity of brochures printed by department and cost estimates for printing. There are many more questions and statistics recorded. The ones written here are just a sample.
