LOCATING IMAGES

MedlinePlus

Step 1: Use the Search MedlinePlus search box at the top right of the screen to locate images.

Step 2: Search using anatomy keywords followed by the word image (e.g. heart image).

Step 3: After locating an image you would like to use, Right Click and choose Save Picture As to save the image to your computer.

Step 4: Cite your work! Locate the contributing authors to the image content updates, the date the image and image information was updated, the title of the image, and the retrieved from URL.
