Application for Educational Field Trip

 

This form should be submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs at least one week before the trip is to be made. Field trips are limited to one per course per term unless they can be arranged so that no other classes are missed by the students involved. Field trips are not to be scheduled during the time when midterm tests might be given, nor during the two weeks immediately prior to the final examination week. Normally, field trips will not cause students to miss more than two days of classes. Exceptions must be negotiated with the Office of Academic Affairs.
