SUMMER 2012 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

AND SCHEDULE OF CLASSES

INSTRUCTIONS

Students may register for Summer Session classes by registering online or returning the completed Course Request Form to the Office of the Registrar after April 11, 2012.  Students not currently enrolled at Manchester University must submit the Non-Degree Admission Application with the Course Request Form. The Course Request Form and the Non-Degree Admission Application are available at the Office of the Registrar.

The College reserves the right to cancel any course for which there is insufficient enrollment.  Students will be contacted in the case of a cancellation.

HOUSING INFORMATION
All students intending to live on campus must complete the housing information on the Course Request Form.  Rooms will be assigned by the Office of Residential Life.

FEE INFORMATION

Tuition and fees for summer classes are due on May 24, 2011. After May 24, payment is due upon registration.

Tuition:                   $480 per semester hour

Internship tuition:     $50 per semester hour, one-time $75 tech fee

Room:                     $375 double, per session

                              $550 single, per session

Tech Fee:                $75, per session

Board:                     Meals available in the College Union Cafeteria at reasonable prices

Other:                    $25 Cable TV, per session

REFUND SCHEDULE: Session 1 and 3

Withdrawal through the first day of classes: 100% refund less a $50 cancellation fee

Withdrawal on class days 2 - 4:  75% refund*

Withdrawal on class days 5 - 8:  50% refund*

Withdrawal on class days 9 - 12: 25% refund*

Withdrawal after class day 12: NO REFUND*

REFUND SCHEDULE: Session 2

Withdrawal through the first day of classes: 100% refund less a $50 cancellation fee

Withdrawal on class days 3 - 4:  50% refund*

Withdrawal on class days 5 - 6:  25% refund*

June 21   Last day to withdraw with W from Summer 1 course or convert to P/NP
July 5     Summer Session 1 ends

SUMMER SESSION 2
June 6    Classes begin
June 17   Last day to withdraw with W from Summer 2 course or convert to P/NP
June 24   Summer Session 2 ends

SUMMER SESSION 3
July 8    Classes begin
August 4  Last day to withdraw with W for Summer 3 course or convert to P/NP
August 19  Summer Session 3 ends
