Transcript Requests

An official transcript of your grades may be obtained through the Office of the Registrar. All requests must be made in writing; email and phone requests are not accepted. The following information should be included with your request:

  • name
  • dates of attendance
  • social security number or Manchester College student ID number
  • your current e-mail and mailing addresses and phone number
  • the address where the transcript is to be mailed
  • your signature

Each official transcript costs $5; payment by check, cash or money order. Payment for faxed requests should be sent within three working days. Unofficial transcripts are free; however, a written request is still required. In most cases, transcript requests are processed within two working days.
