APC meets each Wednesday at 3:00. Proposals (with all appropriate signatures) should be submitted to the
Office for Academic Affairs by 12:00 noon on the Friday preceding the meeting.
The following forms are available in WORD format only. Please submit the signed paper copy to the Office of Academic Affairs, and email the
electronic copy to Lila Hammer, Registrar.
Note: Some of these forms may only be viewed and opened from campus.
- February 15: Proposals due to APC for new courses and/or Core proposals being offered in Fall semester
- March 15: Proposals due to APC for new courses and/or Core proposals for courses being offered after Fall semester
- March 15: Proposals due to APC for major/minor/program changes
