New
phones! We have new phones!
Well, some of us have, and soon, all of us will. These marvels of
technology are magically appearing on our desks (we don’t need to be
present for the installation), courtesy of a driven ITS team.
Clear a spot on your desk today
for the new phones, as close as possible to the computer.
Use the new phones now
for all calls off-campus (including long distance) or to MC
colleagues who have the new phones.
Click here for an updated list of who has them. Report errors to
Help Desk.
Sign up for training

have a choice of 18 sessions! The 1½-hour classes are at six
different times over three days: Dec. 3-5: 7:30 a.m., 9 a.m., 10:30
a.m., 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4 p.m.
Voice mail from
either phone will appear in your Outlook mailbox.
Check your phone
to ensure the phone line is correct, that it works correctly, and
that call features are functional. Report glitches, problems or
changes to Help Desk.

you know there are seven offices in the garden level of East Hall???
The Office of Volunteer Services is especially warm and inviting,

One of the three main conference rooms on the upper floor of the
