People give to Manchester College for many reasons. Maybe you graduated from the College or were a longtime faculty member. Perhaps your parents or children went here, or someone close to you is affiliated with the College. Maybe you are a good corporate citizen or a member of the community.

Whatever your reasons, Manchester is sincerely grateful for every gift it receives. Because we strictly adhere to the Donor Bill of Rights, we promise to be good stewards of your generosity, to inform donors of how the College spends resources and to acknowledge all gifts appropriately.

Your gifts get results. Manchester College building projects are prudently designed and constructed to serve our students for generations. And because most of our students could not afford to study here without financial aid, scholarship funds enable them to realize the dream of an education.

While tuition is the primary source of revenue for MC, unrestricted gifts to The Manchester Fund pay for many pressing needs. Maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds, energy bills and technology upgrades are expensive. Your gifts are vital.

Most people give to Manchester because they want to help the College, not because they expect anything in return. However, there are significant tax advantages to donating. And your membership in one of our giving societies allows us to show our appreciation for your philanthropy.
