| Faith, Sexuality, and Gender (FSG) provides a forum for stimulating discussion and learning about the interaction of faith, sexuality, and gender. This forum attempts to foster an educated understanding of the ways in which these aspects interact and influence people, both in broad and specific contexts (personal, cultural, societal, et cetera), and considers these topics from historical, political, cultural, scientific, and other perspectives. Members draw from a variety of resources, including personal experience, science, history, literature, film, and others, in order to increase their understanding and broaden their appreciation of the complexity of these issues. FSG also exists for the purpose of extending awareness of these issues to the general Manchester College campus and community through various discussions, speakers, and other forms of events. | |||||
