Graduate Reports
Employers and graduate schools know there is something special about our graduates. The proof is in our employment and graduate school placement statistics. Whether the job market is strong or on the downturn, employers consistently look to Manchester College for their hires.
While the average employment placement rate for students at colleges and universities nationwide 6 months after graduation can be anywhere from 70% to 85%, Manchester College students have experienced a 96% placement rate over the past five years.
Each year Manchester graduates are surveyed regarding their employment or continuing education status. And each year the Office of Career Services works to achieve a 100% response rate (or very close to it) to ensure accuracy of our statistics.
The following table illustrates how Manchester graduates have fared in the job market over the last 5 years. These placement statistics are based on students who either found employment, went on to graduate school or further studies, or who entered into volunteer services work six months after graduation.
