  • TeachOverseas.org - Otherwise known as Educational Services International. Christian non-profit organization that has been training and sending Christians to serve around the world for thirty years. Over 250 opportunities in nine countries available.
  • TeacherPort - This site provides an easy way for new graduates and teachers to find teaching jobs abroad.
  • American School Directory - Information about public, private, and catholic schools nationwide. A very nominal fee is required to be a subscriber and use this website information.
  • College Central Network - This site is tailored more for the recent college graduate rather than for the experienced educator. You can search for teaching jobs, school counseling jobs, and administrative positions according to state or discipline. This site requires you to register in order to access its information.
  • Education America Network - This searchable database includes vacancies available nationally and internationally. You can register with the site and receive automatic emails of new listings plus post up to 3 versions of your resume and up to 5 cover letter versions. The site also offers additional resources and articles.
  • Great Teacher - This site allows you to search a job bank of teaching positions according to geographical preference or by key word. The site also supplies links to educational organizations and material resources, a chat room where teachers can schedule online chats on specific topics, and a message board where educators can post questions.
  • Indiana Department of Education - If you want to be a teacher in Indiana, you must visit this site. Job seekers can find links to all of Indiana's K-12 school websites, as well as links to all 50 states’ department of education home pages. This site also contains valuable information on Indiana's legislative issues pertaining to education, comprehensive information about Indiana's educational system, online discussion forums, and much, much more.

  • National Teacher Recruitment Clearinghouse - The National Teacher Recruitment Clearinghouse allows you to search for teaching vacancies through several online job banks. You can also utilize this site fro information on how to become a teacher, teacher salaries, links to state departments of education, and tips on how to make your job search successful.
  • Search for Public Schools - Use this tool from the National Center for Education Statistics to find schools in your target geographic area.
  • School-Jobs - A service of Epicenter, this website provides users the ability to both post their resumes and search a job database according to geographic region. This site also provides links to state departments of education and information on teacher certification requirements.
  • StudentAffairs.com - StudentAffairs.com is the most comprehensive index available of Internet resources for college student affairs professionals, offering information on and links to over 600 listservs and websites.
