Volunteer Opportunities at Peabody

A Senior Prom will be Saturday, May 18 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Peabody would love to have MU students attend! There will be aa DJ playing big band music for the 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s, food and drink from dining, the crowning of the Peabody Prom King and Queen, an Enchanted Forest photo op, and limo rides! Any students (guys or girls) who wanted to help could assist residents with getting in and out of the limo (and go for a ride themselves), take pictures, encourage residents to get out on the dance floor, and if they dressed up, serve as the model “date” for the prom pictures in front of the Enchanted Forest! If any of the girls want to dress up, we just ask that dresses be at least knee length and have straps. Please RSVP to: OVS@manchester.edu
- Thursdays: Come to Happy Hour from 4 - 5 p.m. each week at Peabody. In addition to serving punch and cookies to the residents, we also hope to provide live music by students as well as playing games and providing great conversation. We will be providing transportation to and from Peabody each week.

Slash the Trash is here! Find us on Facebook and begin selling, buying and/or trading for things you need next year! Books, furniture, etc. If there are things you want to donate, GOODWILL be here on May 17! Bins will be placed in dorms earlier that week. Please place any books you cannot sell or would like to donate in the “Better World Books” bin in front of the Administration Building.
