MICHAEL STEINHOFER
Warvel Park, normally a home for quiet strolls on the weekends and the occasional family playing with their child on the playground, became a whole new atmosphere on the afternoon of April 26. Jazz filled the windy air with symphonic melodies that made listeners tap their feet; for some of the Peabody guests it took them back to the times when jazz was most popular, when everyone gathered around radios to hear it on Friday and Saturday nights.

Nine Months in Spain: A Study Abroad Story
TIFFANY BERKEBILE
Everything with the construction worker paisano worked out all right in the end. We had a little chat one day and I was like, “look, you just need to stop smoking in the house. It’s making me sick.” He didn’t believe me at first; apparently he hadn’t thought I was being “serious” enough. I think that he’s still smoking on the sly, which really makes me angry, but as long as it’s not as heavy as before I guess I shouldn’t complain.

You have seen them around, patrolling campus in their SUV, winding down sidewalks in their golf carts, eating in Haist Commons, etc. They are there for you if your bike is missing, if you witnessed lewd conduct, or if you’re a victim of voyeurism.
