Oakwood Hall houses 129 men and women and is coed by suite (a little over half are women). Each wing has one Resident Assistant with about 25 students per wing.
Oakwood Hall has a Great Room with a fireplace, ping-pong table, pool table, video games, and many chairs and tables for study. For comfort and convenience, Oakwood Hall has an elevator and is centrally air-conditioned. Other facility features include: study rooms on each floor, laundry appliances, and a computer lab maintained by Manchester's ITS team.
