Summer Housing Application

If you are living on campus this summer, you must submit this application to the Office of Student Development by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14.

Room Change Form

If you are moving rooms on campus, you will need to fill out the room change form before you can move. Before you decide to move, you should contact your RA or HD.

Request to Commute

If you would like to commute to campus, and you meet one of the following criteria, you will need to fill out a Request to Commute form. You must meet one of the following criteria:

  • You are married and/or have dependent children living with you.
  • You are classified as a senior with 92 credit hours completed.
  • You are living in a parent's primary place of residence within 40 miles of North Manchester.
  • You are a non-traditional (age 24 or older) student.

Application to Reside Off Campus

If you do not meet the above criteria to commute, you need to complete an Application to Reside Off Campus. Once you turn this form into the Office of Student Development, a committee will look over your application and determine if your application will be granted or turned down.
