Online Tuition Payments

The online payment option is available for making payments on your student account(s).  When making payments on January Session trips, enrollment fees, etc., please contact the appropriate office for payment options.

• Credit or Debit Card: Make a payment of any amount online using MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Please note there will be a convenience fee charged by Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (FIS) of 2.35% for the processing of credit or debit card payments. Manchester University does not receive any portion of this non-refundable fee.
  
  
• E-check: Make a payment of any amount by electronic check. There is no fee for this option.

Payments made by e-check or credit card require a 48 to 72 hour time frame to be reflected on the student account. Please be sure to keep your confirmation. Student account refunds from overpayments made by e-check or credit card will not be available for 15 days.

Echecks returned to Manchester University for non-payment (non-sufficient funds, invalid account information, etc.) will be assessed a $25.00 return E-check fee.
