New 2014-2015 Environmental Studies Scholar
Trisha McClain was recently selected as the Environmental Studies Scholar for 2014-2015. Trisha will graduate in May with her B.S. in Environmental Studies and a Minor in Biology. From Centerville, Ohio, Trisha worked as a student research technician during the summer of 2013 where she assisted with the paired-watershed study that examines the effect of fall cover crops and no-till farming on nutrient export and stream ecosystem integrity. Trisha was also active in the Manchester University Club and the student chapter of the American Fisheries Society. Trisha will begin work on June 1st with a very busy summer of research. She will help coordinate and facilitate the three summer research projects through the Environmental Studies Program. Welcome aboard!
