Manchester College's education faculty is devoted to teaching. All
draw upon their classroom experiences as well as current research and trends in education to enhance their instruction. They work closely with candidates in their classes as well as
other College faculty. Education faculty members also serve the candidates as academic advisors.
Victoria Eastman
Instructor Eastman earned her B.A. degree in Elementary Education in 1973 from Anderson University, and her M.A. in Elementary Education
in 1990 from Ball State University. She is pursuing a doctorate at Ball State
University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, needlepoint crafts (mostly duplicate stitch), working out, spending time with her husband and children, and being involved in community and church.

Dr. Korrine Gust
Assistant Professor Gust earned her B.S. degree in 1986 from Saint Francis College,
her M.S. in 1996 from Saint Francis College, and her Ed.D in 2006 from Ball State University. She joined the Manchester College faculty in 1999. Her areas of expertise include early childhood education and special education.

Heather Schilling
Instructor Schilling earned her B.A. degree in 1990 from Manchester College and her M.A. of Administration
in 1998 from Indiana Purdue University, Fort Wayne. She is working on
a doctorate in reading at Ball State University. She joined the
Manchester College faculty in 2003. Her areas of interest and expertise include elementary education, children's literature,
language arts, and adolescent learners.

Bonnie Shipman
Instructor Shipman earned her B.S. degree in 1981 and M.A.T in 1984 from Indiana-Purdue University, Fort Wayne. She joined the Manchester College faculty in fall of 2008. Her areas of interest and expertise include adolescent learners, language arts, classroom management, and exceptional learners.

Stacy Stetzel
Instructor Stetzel received her B.S. in education with a specialization in reading
in 1998 from University of Saint Francis. She completed her MEd in 2003 from Indiana Wesleyan University.
In her spare time, she enjoys bike riding, vacationing, cooking, playing with Kindra and Lane, and shopping. Professionally, she strives to make the world a better place by focusing on child development, specifically cognitive development.
