Faculty

The gender studies program draws faculty from many disciplines, including art, communication, foreign languages, history, literature, music, philosophy, politics, psychology, religion, and sociology. Faculty are not only dedicated to teaching but have research interests in all of these areas. They are active in professional and state organizations; they make presentations at workshops and conferences; and they publish books and journal articles.
