Meet the Faculty

The music department faculty have earned degrees from prestigious programs and are accomplished conductors, performers, and scholars who have studied under major American musicians.

They have been awarded prizes such as the Rockefeller Foundation Grant for Performance and the Lilly Endowment Fellowship. Faculty performances include annual recitals, membership in professional orchestras, and guest soloist appearances. Faculty ensemble conductors are active as guest clinicians, and faculty members hold prominent positions in national and state professional music organizations.
