The psychology department is housed in the administration building. Faculty offices are located on the third floor. While most psychology classes are held in the administration building, classes are also frequently held in the new science Center, which opened in 2005, and in the Communication building. Most psychology courses are taught in classrooms fully equipped with computers, internet access, projectors, as well as DVD and VHS players. Statistics and Research Design labs are typically taught in computer classrooms equipped with workstations for each student. In this way each student has full access to SPSS statistical software for analyzing research data. A variety of on-line full text databases, including PsycArticles, is also available on or off campus once someone has logged onto the campus network.
