In high school, I knew I wanted to make a difference. Today, I feel that Manchester College has not only prepared me to make that difference, but also made a difference in me. The professors want you to succeed and the challenges in and out of the classroom prepare you for a life outside the norm. After a year studying in Spain, a semester south of the border, and working with on-campus groups like Habitat for Humanity, I’m more convinced than ever that there is a place for me after college, much as there is a place for me to succeed—right here at Manchester.
Students at Manchester College are driven to achieve and, here, they acquire the skills they need to succeed. Occasionally, that includes seeking out help when it comes to learning better ways to study, thinking critically, and handling their college workload.
The Success Center at Manchester helps Honor students, average students, and students with challenges or learning disabilities find the assistance they need to create their own academic success stories.
