Admissions Forms

If you haven't started your online application it's easy to do that now. You will also need to complete and submit additional forms as part of your application to Manchester University.

As a first-year student, you must submit the first-year application (either the paper application or online), High School Report, High School Guidance Counselor Reference Form, official transcript, and official SAT/ACT scores.

If you're a transfer student you'll need to submit your transfer application as well as an official transcript from all the colleges/universities you attended, an Academic Reference Form, and a Transfer Student Information Form (TSI) from the last school that you attended.

Students applying for admission from outside the U.S.A. should complete an international application, along with the supporting materials listed on this page.
