Spartan Athletics
With 17 intercollegiate sports and up to 75 percent of our student body participating in intramural athletics, it's no surprise that sports are an important part of life at Manchester College. Women’s All-Sports Trophy. Manchester picked up 50 total points in the all-sports race and secured the award for
the fifth consecutive season.
The Spartans’ women’s programs won one conference championship during the academic year and finished in
second place in two other conference sports. Manchester established a lead in the all-sports race during the fall
season, taking second place in women’s golf and cross country. Manchester claimed a conference championship in
track and field during the spring.
The five consecutive women’s all-sports trophies the Spartans have earned are the school’s first since the women’s award was
established in 1993. There are eight women’s sports sponsored by the HCAC. The women compete in tennis, golf, soccer, cross
