Before coming to Manchester, Dave served as a player/coach for the Lancaster United from 1977-1980, where they were either league champions or runners-up in each of those 4 seasons. He was part of the Pennsylvania Amateur Soccer League from 1973-1980. The former Baltimore, Maryland native, and Dundalk H.S. graduate attended Elizabethtown College, where he was Middle Atlantic Conference First Team in 1970 and 1971, along with the Conference MVP in 1971. His team reached the East Coast regional in each of the four years he played at Elizabethtown (that was as far as a team could advance back then) and was an All-American his senior year in soccer.
Coach Good was also the state champion in the long jump, triple jump, and 4x100 relay teams in track in high school. He is married to wife, Lois, and have two sons Chris and Michael. |
