Kendra Marlowe brings over 10 years experience at the
Division III coaching level to the Spartan softball program in her first year as interim head coach. Marlowe replaces long-time Spartan coach Martha Judge, who took an administrative position with Monmouth.
Marlowe was appointed the head coach for the volleyball program at Manchester following two years as an aquatics manager
in both Illinois and Florida. Previously, she was the head coach at
Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisc. from 2001-2004, where her Vikes set a school record for wins
in a season.
From 1999 to 2001, she was an assistant softball and volleyball coach at Denison
University, where she helped both teams produce 20+ win
seasons in both of her coaching seasons.
Marlowe served as a graduate assistant with Principia and was the head coach
for the UNO Volleyball Club in Plainfield, Ill.
She is a graduate of Principia, where she earned a B.A. in sports
management and business administration in 1998. She earned her
master's in sports
management from Southern Illinois-Edwardsville in 2001.
Along with her coaching roles, Marlowe is an instructor with the Exercise and Sports Science
program and will is the PERC coordinator.

Stacey Speshyock enters her first year at Manchester College serving as the assistant coach for the softball program.
Speshyock played four years of softball at Division I IUPUI. During her career as a Jaguar, she became just the third player at IUPUI to be named to the NFCA Division I Second Team All-Midest Region team, and was a Mid-Continent All-Conference Second Team selection in 2004 and a First Team selection in 2005.
She served as an graduate assistant with IPFW last season, and as a certified personal trainer, has held coaching and strength and conditioning responsibilities with George Washington High School in Indianapolis.
She earned her degree in physical education with an emphasis in exercise science in May of 2006. She is currently working towards her master's degree in organizational leadership and supervision at IPFW.
Speshyock is a native of Fort Wayne, and was a graduate of Homestead High School.
