Why attend MU: I wanted to go to a college that offered small class sizes and generous financial aid. MU fit the bill just right.

Favorite thing: The strong sense of community present on campus. Unlike large colleges, you see many of the same familiar faces each day and are able to grow strong friendships.

Never expected: Develop close friendships with professors. I never expected to have every single one of my professors know me by my first name. Nor did I expect my professors to be so open about communicating to students. I even called a professor on a Sunday evening about an exam the next day and he was more than happy to entertain my question. Also, I never expected to be a radio DJ!

I found: Direction. The professors have challenged me and gave me strong direction for my career.
