Hometown: Sulphur Springs, Indiana, United States
Grad Year: 2013
Why attend MU: I decided to attend Manchester because of its small size and perfect location in relativity to my home.
Favorite thing: The professors are definitely my favorite part about being a student here. They are some of the nicest and most intelligent people I have ever met, and some of them I consider good friends.
Never expected: I relied on myself to meet new people, which was something I never thought possible. Before Manchester, the way I met people was through other friends. But, when I came here as a first-year, I didn't know anyone on campus. That soon changed, and I blossomed into quite the social butterfly!
I found: A new home. Before I came to Manchester I would have considered myself as a person who gets homesick very easily. I hated being away from home, and didn't take trips or anything because I loved my life at home. But, after being at Manchester for four years, I don't want to go home at all, and I like to think of North Manchester as my new home.
