Why attend MU: I decided to attend MU for the small class sizes, distance from home, and attention from professors. The professors are not just here to teach because it is their job, but it is their passion to help the students succeed. This is evident in the way they make themselves available to students and make themselves a part of campus life by attending events and sponsoring organizations.
Favorite thing: My favorite thing about being an MU student is the atmosphere. I have never walked into a class and not known at least one person, which is reassuring. Being involved on campus was an important way for me to make connections with other students and my professors.
Never expected: I never expected to take a class one-on-one with a professor.
I found: adventure. It is difficult knowing where a path will take you in life. Personally, I have had probably twelve different ideas come to mind that I would consider doing for the rest of my life. That path for me was, surprisingly, less stressful than one might suspect!
