Why attend MU: After visiting the athletic training professors, I knew this was the place for me. They were very down to Earth, yet professional, which are aspects I want to have in my own career.

Favorite thing: I love having so many opportunities in front of me. I am a senior and I have already done 2 internships. I also have much more clinical experience than most athletic training students at different establishments.

Never expected: I never expected to be an RA here. I thought they were just the police of the residents' halls. This has been a great chance for me to meet a diverse group of people and to practice my skills which will help me transition into the professional world.

I found: More. I found more than I ever expected. People think that this is just a small campus. There is much more than what is just here. Getting to know people and making those connections can further your career, but also help you meet wonderful people that can help you for the rest of your life.
